3. How We Handle AI Agent Data

When we build an AI agent for a client, data flows through third-party LLM providers. Here is how each provider handles your data:

Clients use their own API keys and pay LLM costs directly. We never mark up infrastructure. Your data stays under your control. For clients who require full data isolation, we can deploy entirely on your infrastructure with an on-premise LLM (Ollama, vLLM, or cloud private link). No data leaves your environment.

4. Data Processing for Clients

When a client engages us to build an AI agent, we act as a data processor on their behalf. We process client customer data solely to provide the service. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs these engagements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data

We do not use your data to train our AI models

We do not share your data with third parties except: subprocessors required to deliver our service (Cal.com for booking, OpenAI/Anthropic for LLM inference, Hetzner for hosting, Zoho for email)

8. Local Storage & Consent

Our website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We use browser local storage for two purposes:

Chat session — A random session ID is stored so the chat widget can maintain your conversation. No personal data is stored.

Consent preference — Your choice to accept or reject chat storage is recorded so the banner does not reappear on every page.

You can change your preference at any time using the Privacy settings link in the footer.
