1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Safeney ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Safeney is an AI-powered business assistant platform that provides automated customer service via WhatsApp, customer relationship management, appointment booking, and email management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or business entity per account unless otherwise agreed.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
- The Service is offered through paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
- Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Creem's terms of service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@safeney.com for refund requests.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging through the platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service.
- Impersonate another person or entity through the AI assistant.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data to the platform.
- Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated means.
6. Your Content & Data
- You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service.
- You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service for your account.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you provide, including customer data compliance with applicable privacy laws.
7. AI-Generated Responses
The AI assistant generates responses based on the knowledge base you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and overseeing the AI's interactions with your customers. Safeney is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated responses.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safeney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
